We do our absolute best to accommodate transfers between classes! Please email ianmccue@sparkskill.com AND contact@sparkskill.com with your specific request. It must include the full parent name, the class that the student is currently enrolled in, the class that the student would like to switch into, and it must be sent from the email entered at the time of enrollment. If the switch is accepted, tuition is handled as follows. If the class switched into has a listed tuition price (without promo codes or sales) less than that paid at the time of enrollment (less it's proportional share of any promo code used), Spark Skill will transfer the student into the course at no addition cost. If the course switched into has a listed tuition price (without promo codes or sales) greater than that paid at the time of enrollment (less it's proportional share of any promo code used), Spark Skill will  inform the parent of the difference in cost to be paid, and provide an invoice via the "Wave" software. Within 3 business days of payment receipt, Spark Skill will inform the parent of the successful transfer, reserve the new spot, and withdraw the student from the previous spot. 

Spark Skill reserves the right to deny transferring between classes. In this case, or for any other reason, the paying parent or legal guardian may request via email to ianmccue@sparkskill.com AND contact@sparkskill.com by May 1, 2017 a refund of 75% for withdrawal from the course. It must include the full parent name, the class(es) that the student is enrolled in, the reason for withdrawal, and it must be sent from the email entered at the time of enrollment.
